  • Pre-production
    Before start production, A product preparatory meeting will be held, sales, factory director,quality dept., engineer, including boss, will be together discussing details of order to avoid any problems that may arise.
  • Material arrival
    Once materials arrived, IQC will inpect immediately and carefully.Substandard materials will be returned.Vendors who offered Substandard materials more than 3 times will be rejected permannently by "keda".
  • Order inspection
    IPQC inspect at 3 times for each order:Before powder coating try assemble - during powder coating - before packing
  • Confirm the order
    Both of factory OQC and salesman will inspect the work including Qty, size, color, thickness,shipping marks, scanning barcode, inner packing etc., to confirm it meets our quality standards and only then do they issue a completion.
